Finishing Options
Laminate is an overlay on a flat surface with a layer of plastic or other protective material. Laminate can be gloss, matte, or dry erase.
Die-cutting is a process used to cut flat material into a specific shape using a steel cutting die.
Rounding the corners can give that product just the right look and finish. We have several size options of rounding that can be provided.
We offer two types of frames for yard signs. The standard “H” frame which is made of 9 gauge galvanized steel. The heavy duty “Goal Post” frames are made of a .25″ steel lower support attached to a 9 gauge upper “goal post”. Both frames slip easily into the flutes of the corrugated plastic signs.
Grommets are the most common way to hang a banner. The grommets are fastened into the hem of the banner and provide a convenient method for attaching the banner at fixed points. The placement of the grommets distributes the weight of the banner evenly and keeps the banner from sagging. Typically, grommets should be placed every 2 feet along the edge of the banner.
